We aim to make this website and our Museum building as accessible as possible.
The Museum’s main entrance is accessible via a short flight of steps which have a handrail. For step-free access, please use the side entrance to the left of the main door. There is an intercom next to this entrance, please use this to alert staff if you need assistance.
Most of the exhibits are on the ground floor, with only the staff office and kitchen located on the first floor.
There are two toilets situated on the ground floor, including an accessible toilet, which also has baby-change facilities.
The information desk at the front of the Museum has a Hearing Aid induction loop system installed. To make use of the facility, your hearing aid should be set to the T position.
We try to accommodate all visitors. If you have any comments, or special requirements, please contact us on enquiries@nantwichmuseum.org.uk or 01270 627104.
